黄芪对保育猪抗病力和生产性能的影响

[目的]寻找提高保育猪抗病能力和生产性能的途径和方法。[方法]比较日粮中添加黄芪粉末的3个试验组与对照组保育猪排粪动作异常率、呼吸异常率、日增重。[结果]日粮中添加黄芪粉末可以增加保育猪的抗病力和生产性能,其中添加量为1.5%时效果最明显。[结论]在日粮中添加黄芪粉末可以提高保育猪的日增重和抗病能力。     

通城猪肉质性状分析

通城猪是湖北省的主要地方品种,具有产仔多、性成熟早、发情明显、配种容易、母性好、抗逆性强、遗传性稳定、杂交配合力好等优良特性,尤以肉嫩清香鲜美著称,2000年被列为19个国家级优良地方猪保护品种之[1-2].     

The Nutritive Value For Growing Pigs of Single Cell Protein (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae) Produced from Sulphite Spent Liquor

The effects on growing pigs of substituting 4.5 and 9 % of soy bean meal with a corresponding amount of single cell protein produced from sulphite spent liquor in a diet based on cereals and fish meal have been studied. The concentration of lignosulphonic acids in the single cell protein product was found to be 0.6 % ± 0.2 % (m. ± s). No differences in the weight gain, feed conversion ratio or fat thickness of the pigs, as compared with the controls, were observed when fed single cell protein-containing diets from about 29 to 80 kg in the course of 11 weeks. Nor were any effects found on addition of 0.15 % of methionine to the diets.     

Small electric currents affecting farm animals and man: A review with special reference to stray voltage

The literature on the electrical properties of the body and sensitivity to steady electric current in humans and farm animals is reviewed and the problem of stray voltage is examined. Stray voltage poses a problem to animal health and protection in cattle and pigs and possibly also in other animals. Dairy cattle can perceive alternating currents exceeding 1 mA between the mouth and all four hooves. Behavioural effects in cows usually occur above 3 mA. In practice, the major influence on dairy cows appears to be behavioural. In experimental research on sensitivity to electric current, the effects studied should be related primarily to the actual current densities or electric fields in the affected tissues rather than to the total voltages applied. Under normal conditions, herdsmen are less likely to be affected by stray voltage than their animals.     

Cardiovascular Responses to Glibenclamide During Endotoxaemia in the Pig

Veterinary Research Communications, 21(3), 187-200The effects of blockading the ATP-sensitive potassium channel (K+ATP channels) on endotoxin-induced vascular derangements was studied. Escherichia coli endotoxin was infused (20 µg/kg per h) intravenously for 180 min into anaesthetized, mechanically ventilated, indomethacin-treated pigs. After 150 min of endotoxaemia, glibenclamide (a K+ATP channel blocker) was infused intravenously at 2 mg/kg per min for 5 min. The cardiovascular parameters were recorded before (control), every 30 min up to 150 min during endotoxaemia, and then at 5, 15 and 30 min after administration of glibenclamide. Infusion of endotoxin reduced the systemic arterial pressure to 60.6% ± 3.7% (p < 0.01) and increased the pulmonary arterial pressure by 75.9% ± 11.0% (p < 0.01) of the control values. Within 5 min, infusion of glibenclamide transiently but significantly reversed the systemic hypotension by raising the systemic vascular resistance, whereas the increased pulmonary arterial pressure was further augmented. Glibenclamide infusion did not influence the cardiac output. Within 30 min, the cardiovascular parameters had returned to the values induced by endotoxin, except for the systemic vascular resistance. Infusion of glibenclamide into normal pigs did not change the systemic pressure or resistance, but the pulmonary pressure and resistance were augmented transiently. These data suggest that, in pigs, the ATP-sensitive K+ channels may be one factor playing a role in the vascular changes due to endotoxaemia, especially in the systemic circulation.     

酵母硒抗氧化作用及其对肥育猪肉品质影响的研究进展

猪肉消费在我国居民的肉类消费中占主导地位,随着生活水平的提高,消费者对猪肉品质提出更高的要求。研究发现,猪肉品质受遗传、营养、饲养管理和环境等因素影响,常用肉色、pH值、肌内脂肪、滴水损失、嫩度和风味等指标表示。氧化应激是影响猪肉品质的主要因素。硒是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的重要组成部分,可以通过催化减少有机氢过氧化物生成量而抵抗氧化应激。许多研究表明,在肥育猪日粮中添加酵母硒能有效改善肥育猪肉的抗氧化能力,改善肥育猪的肉色、pH值及系水力等指标,提高肥育猪的肉品质,延长了猪肉货架期。因此综述了酵母硒的抗氧化机理以及对肥育猪肉品质指标的影响,以期为改善肉质的营养措施提供科学依据。

综述了血浆蛋白粉和血球蛋白粉的营养特点以及在早期断奶仔猪生产中的应用效果,为这2种动物蛋白饲料的合理利用提供一定的理论基础。     

Etude de la persistance d'une activite du virus grippal H1N1 (swine) dans les elevages porcins en dehors des phases epidemiquesStudy of the persistence of activity of the H1N1 influenza virus in swine intensive units out of epidemical phases

Une étude est mise en place dans un groupe de 16 élevages intensifs venant de connaitre une attaque grippale et pratiquant à la fois le naissage et l'engraissement dans la région de Bretagne (France). L'objet de cette étude est de mettre en évidence une activité du virus grippal au sein des élevages en dehors des vagues épidémiques. Dans chaque élevage, 2 lots de porcelets sont individuellement suivis depuis la phase d'allaitement jusqu'à l'abattage. Des contrôles sérologiques mensuels sont pratiqués en vue de suivre l'évolution des anticorps grippaux ainsi que ceux de la maladie d'Aujeszky. En outre des écouvillonnages nasaux et des prélèvements de poumons sont réalisés en vue de recherches virales. Ces travaux sont accompagnés par la collecte de renseignements épidémiologiques dans chacun des élevages. Les anticorps grippaux d'origine colostrale inhibant l'hémagglutination décroissent assez rapidement chez le porcelet. Par la suite une conversion sérologique est observée sur près de 10% des animaux suivis. Les animaux concernés appartiennent à 4 des 16 élevages. La séroconversion intervient généralement après 3 mois d'âge. Aucun isolement viral n'a pu être réalisé. Certaines conditions semblent associées à la persistance d'une activité virale comme la démographie déséquilibrée du troupeau de truies, la conduite en continu de la porcherie d'engraissement, la préexistence d'une pathologie respiratoire sévère. Une séroconversion Aujeszky est également observée dans 3 des 4 élevages concernés par l'activité du virus grippal.     

猪日粮有效磷水平对氮磷排放的影响

本研究采用4×4拉丁方设计,选用4头52kg左右的健康三元杂交阉公猪(杜×长×大),以玉米—豆粕型基础日粮(不添加磷酸氢钙,日粮1)为对照,试验日粮分别添加磷酸氢钙0.12%(日粮2)、0.24%(日粮3)和0.36%(日粮4),相应的日粮有效磷(AP)水平分别为0.13%、0.15%、0.17%和0.19%。每期试验12d,预饲期5d,正试期3d,每期试验结束后有4d的恢复期。通过氮、磷平衡试验研究猪对磷、氮的利用率及其对环境的影响。结果表明:日粮1、日粮2、日粮3和日粮4的磷真消化率分别为53.00%、53.78%、65.19%和68.09%;粪磷的排泄量随食入磷量的减少而降低,氮的排泄量与氮表观消化率受日粮磷水平的影响不显著(P>0.05);综合评价,磷酸氢钙的添加水平为0.12%～0.24%的效果较好,即AP在0.15%～0.17%之间,在不影响猪氮、磷营养需要的条件下,能有效的改善猪排泄物中氮、磷对环境的污染。     

猪TGFβ1基因及其受体组织表达特性的研究

以妊娠母猪为研究材料,采用RT-PCR半定量方法对猪转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)及其3种受体组织表达特点进行研究。结果表明:TGFβ1在11种组织中的表达量,由高到低依次为肾上腺、下丘脑、肌肉、卵巢、脾、大脑、肾、子宫、肺、肝和心脏。3种受体的表达,总体上来说在子宫中相对较高。TGFβ1及其受体在肾上腺和子宫等组织中有相对较高的表达量,提示其在繁殖过程中可能发挥作用。
